Full Package
Most attendees choose the full package which includes all educational sessions and contests, coffee breaks, lunch on Saturday and the Gala Dinner:

Payment policy
Your registration is only complete when we have received your conference fee. Your bank may charge a transfer fee. Please include the transfer fee in your payment because this ensures we will receive the correct conference fee. Any difference between the conference fee and your payment (plus or minus) will be rectified at the registration desk.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel your completed registration for any reason, we will refund as follows:

Note: If a travel stoppage occurs for any reason (i.e. the volcano in Iceland), District 59 Toastmasters cannot refund conference fees. We recommend that conference attendees have their own travel cancellation insurance in place.
